Cancellation and Refund

At Zjell Homes, we are committed to delivering high-quality, factory-built modular homes. Due to the custom-built nature and project-based delivery of prefab houses, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability for both parties.

Return Policy
No Returns After Installation: Prefabricated homes are made to order. Once dispatched, assembled, or installed at the customer’s site, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Before Dispatch (Eligible Orders Only): If your order is in production but not yet dispatched, you may request a cancellation and return within 7 days of order confirmation. A processing fee of 15% of the total invoice value will be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Parts: If any item is damaged in transit or found defective on delivery, we will replace the specific damaged panels or components at no additional cost.
Please share photos/videos of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.

Refund Policy
Advance Payment Refund (Before Manufacturing Begins): If cancelled within 48 hours of order placement and production hasn't started, a 100% refund will be initiated.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Components: Design fees, site visit charges, foundation work (if already done), and transport costs are non-refundable.
